We’re building something different: a friendship app where people don’t just connect — they show up, meet face-to-face, and build lasting relationships. If you believe tech should support real human connection, not replace it, we’d love you to join us.
See open positionsOur mission
Helping people spend their time where it matters most: in-person, connecting
We founded Timeleft in 2023 to fight the loneliness epidemic, and now we’re the world’s fastest-growing IRL-tech company, bringing strangers together every week in 200+ cities, across 52 countries. Life happens offline, so we’ve built a community for real-life connection. We’re creating the infrastructure that makes showing up for each other not just possible, but a global habit.

Our culture and values
How we show up every day
We show up Proud
We hold ourselves to high standards and aren’t shy about celebrating when we do it well. Your work here directly helps thousands of people connect every week, and we recognize that impact openly. You’ll work with people who care deeply about their craft and what we’re building together.
We show up Relentless
Chaos and uncertainty are where growth happens. Waiting for calm is an illusion—we solve problems to move forward. We value people who can push through ambiguity without all the answers, who see challenges as fuel rather than obstacles. When things get unclear, we keep building.
We show up Agile
Change is constant here. We adjust course when needed. We value people who can adapt without losing momentum—who see pivots as progress, not setbacks. Flexibility and quick thinking matter more than sticking to the original plan.
We show up with Speed
We move fast and learn from real data. Ideas get tested quickly, decisions happen in days rather than weeks, and we iterate based on what we learn. If you prefer action over endless planning, you’ll thrive here. Speed doesn’t mean reckless—it means we value momentum over perfection.
We show up with Courage
We value transparency over polish. That means admitting when something isn’t working, asking for help before you’re overwhelmed, and giving honest feedback even when it’s uncomfortable. Vulnerability isn’t weakness here—it’s how we grow as individuals and as a team. We build trust by being real with each other.
